In accordance with the decision of Academic Affairs at World Citizen School, it is formally informed to all students, parents, and guardians that no additional fees or charges will be levied by the school under the name of any educational activity or item during the academic year that are not explicitly outlined in the fee structure. The fees for transportation, shoes, dress/uniform, lunch/meal, and books are exempt from this decision, as they are not related to the academic fees.

At World Citizen School (WCS), we are committed to ensuring that all activities are purposeful and directly aligned with the educational goals of our students. As such, we will consciously avoid unnecessary activities.

With the utmost respect and transparency, the school will notify parents and guardians at least 30-40 days in advance of any fees associated with essential academic activities, trips, symposia, sessions (whether offline or online), or awareness campaigns. Each communication will include a thorough and detailed explanation, clearly outlining the significance of the activity and its direct impact on the educational development of their child.

Should parents or guardians choose not to participate in any specific activity, the school will fully respect their decision, ensuring that there is no pressure or obligation regarding the associated fees. Furthermore, if parents or guardians believe that non-participation in an activity is in the best interests of their child’s future, they are encouraged to share their reasoning with the school. This will ensure a collaborative and informed decision-making process.
